Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We recommend that you go over your order and save your order confirmation if you need to contact our customer service. Please let us know right away if you don’t agree with the order.
If the item is in stock, the delivery within Sweden is between 3-5 business days and the delivery time for the rest of Europe and rest of world is 5-7 business days, exception around holidays where it may take a few more days. If the product you are ordering is not in stock, it will be stated on the product page when we expect the product to be available again. The estimated time for availability does not include any delays that might happen with the delivery. All our deliveries are made by Postnord and the products sent as a letter directly to the address given when ordering. Reused Remade is not responsible for any errors regarding stock.
Shipping fee by country
All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and fulfilled by Postnord. The products will be sent as a letter.

When you order from countries outside the European Union, you will need to pay import tax and duty according to the local rules in your country at the delivery of your order. Your order will therefore not include Swedish VAT.
Price and payment
Every product is shown including tax. You can see the total price including all fees (except tax and duty when ordering outside of the European Union), taxes, shipping and method of payment in the shopping cart. Our partner Klarna guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your card information is protected. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express through Klarna. Swedish customers also have the option of paying with Klarna. You will be charged an extra fee of 39 SEK if you choose to pay with Klarna.
Returns, exchanges and money-back guarantee
You have the right to return your products within 14 days given that the products are returned in original condition and are unused, i.e. that they are not used, all original labels, tags and seals remain on the product as when you received the goods. Returning a product is to be done on the expense of the customer. Reused Remade shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned to Reused Remade. Reused Remade will pay to send replacement products if the product is return due to defaults in the product. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, not as COD. Always enclose the original packaging and designer tags.
If the order is not returned within the 14 days, the freight back to the customer is to be done at the customer’s expense.
Return address: Reused Remade, Karlavägen 26, 114 31 Stockholm, Sweden. All packages sent to Reused Remade must have a valid tracking number.
Transport damage or lost in transit
All Reused Remade products are insured against theft and damage while the product is in transfer. When the transfer is complete and the customer has received the package it is no longer under our insurance. If a package is damaged at arrival, please contact us immediately. Please note: when making and international return or exchange, always state “for exchange” on the package. Without such notice, the package is at risk for additional costs for customs and taxes. Reuse Remade does not cover any of these costs.

Please have in mind that we cannot guarantee that our pictures will exact reproduce the true appearance of a product. However, we are doing our best in having pictures that are as accurate as possible.
Reused Remade is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements.
